Furniture Assembler / Packer (Case Furniture Production)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
Assemble furniture parts into a final product using drawings, instructions, and appropriate tools.
Use tools and materials correctly to ensure work quality and safety.
Check the quality of assembled furniture to ensure all products meet company quality standards: ensure that parts are properly aligned, free of defects, and that the furniture is stable and functional.
Pack furniture according to company packaging standards to ensure safe transportation and that products reach customers undamaged.
FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE YOU WILL NEED:
Ability to read technical drawings, assembly schemes, and instructions to accurately perform furniture assembly tasks.
Understanding of the properties of various materials (wood, metal, plastic, etc.) and their proper use in furniture production.
Knowledge of furniture components – fittings, screws, hinge types, and other assembly parts.
Strong knowledge of safe use of tools and equipment (screwdrivers, hammers, drills, sanders, etc.) ensuring work safety and efficiency.
Responsibility and attention to detail, as well as willingness to improve and grow competencies in the furniture manufacturing field.
Communication skills and ability to work in a team to ensure smooth cooperation and efficient workflow.
Similar work experience (an advantage).

COMPANY OFFERS:
Stable working time organization – shift work schedule (Mon–Fri, 6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00), weekends off, with a summarized working time accounting system.
In addition to base salary – the opportunity to earn more through a bonus system: up to 10% for work results and up to 5% for attendance (after the probation period).

Transportation to/from work from surrounding cities (e.g., Anykščiai, Jonava, Molėtai, Vilnius, Panevėžys) (saving on average ~200 €/month in travel expenses).

SALARY:
Hourly wage: 8.65 – 10.28 €/hour before taxes.
Average monthly salary: 1443 – 1715 €/month before taxes, depending on actual hours worked.
Additionally: opportunity to earn bonuses for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probation period.
A summarized working time accounting system is applied in the organization.
The final salary will depend on your experience and competencies.
